Ward Walks with the Police Safer Neighbourhood Team

Lib Dem Cllr Farooq Qureshi on a ward walk with an officer from the Safer Neighbourhoods Team

Liberal Democrat councillors have started joint surgeries with the Police Safer Neighbourhood Team fortnightly at the Waltham Forest Direct shop at Leyton Green. Cllr Farooq Qureshi (Your Liberal Dem Prospective Parliamentary Candidate and member of the Forest Focus team) has also carried out a joint Ward Walk with Safer Neighbourhood Team to highlight any matters needing attention. Action is being taken on a number of issues, and progress will be reported in Forest Focus.

Cllr Farooq Qureshi intends to make these Ward Walks a regular feature. Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any queries about dumped rubbish, abandoned vehicles, street lighting faults etc.
