Cann Hall Safer Neighbourhood News9.00.00am BST (GMT +0100) Thu 10th Jul 2008
In agreement with local residents, your Cann Hall Safer Neighbourhood Police Team has revised their priorities for the coming months. Policing will focus on drug dealing, disorder amongst young people and houses in multiple occupation. Lib Dem Cllr Laura Sheppard said: "It's great to involve the police with local residents' priorities. I know, from talking to local people, that these issues are very important to them." Missing Cats - update! For the last few months the Police, through the Safer Neighbourhood Team have had animal welfare as a priority, and a lot of work tracing missing cats has been undertaken. The number of missing cats has slowed right down to just two in the last few weeks. If you know of a missing cat that has not been reported please let the Police, Safer Neighbourhood Team, R.S.P.C.A., the Animal Warden, or even the Focus Team know, and it will be followed up.
