LiLiberal Democrat campaigners protesting outside Whipps Cross Hospital

After years of campaigning by Liberal Democrats and other local people against the cutting of services at Whipps Cross Hospital, the Government have now agreed to spend £23 million to redevelop the accident and emergency department. Leyton and Wanstead Liberal democrats say: A big thank you to all those who helped and supported the campaign.
