Liberal Democrat Shadow Home Secretary Chris Huhne MP was the chief guest speaker at a rally called by the Leyton and Wanstead Liberal Democrats. Speaking at the Rally Chris Huhne said that the Labour government's foreign policies have dented the Britain's reputation across the world. We need to reverse those policies to restore our trust and credibility. Speaking about the next General Election he said that Cllr. Farooq Qureshi is the ideal PPC for this area and, looking at his track record, Farooq will make an excellent MP for Leyton and Wanstead.
